1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Classic Kidz website and the booking of classes through our platform. Classic Kidz is a trading name of ERPR Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our website or booking a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our classes are designed for children aged 6–14. Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. By making a booking, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled and that the child falls within the specified age range.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made through our website and are subject to availability. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Wix Payments. Prices are displayed in GBP. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us at classickidz.office@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made within this notice period will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
By booking a class, you confirm that:
• All information provided during booking is accurate and complete
• You will inform us of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your child’s participation
• You consent to your child participating in the booked class activities
• You will ensure your child has access to a computer with an internet connection and zoom.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Classic Kidz website and any content delivered during the online classes, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is owned by ERPR Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERPR Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or participation in our classes. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing communications, we may send you emails about upcoming classes, promotions, and news. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at classickidz.office@gmail.com.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious software, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Wix.com and uses Wix Payments for transaction processing. Your use of these services is also subject to Wix’s terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
